Shoulder - vascular anatomy

We rarely have a chance to reflect on the vascular anatomy around the shoulder.
Here's an arteriogram found in a dusty file around here.

Note
the suprascapular artery (important when placing glenoid screws)
the anterior humeral circumflex artery (part of the 'three sisters')
the posterior humeral circumflex artery (running with axillary nerve)
and
the fact that the axillary artery is split, (reminding us that anatomy is not always 'standard')

Compare it to the classical view of the vascular anatomy as shown here.
