Sailing 3 years after a ream and run

Today in the office we saw a gentleman who sails a Cal 20 single handedly
3 years after his ream and run. He dropped by the office for a check today. His motion was full with excellent strength and no discomfort.
His x-rays (below) show excellent regeneration of tissue between his humeral head prosthesis and the bone of his glenoid.
