the ream and run: effectiveness of the glenoid arthroplasty

This week we saw a number of patients returning for followup after their ream and run procedures. We thought our readers would like to see some pre and post op radiographs. All these patients are doing well clinically.

Case 1, preoperative radiographs

Radiographs at 6 months

 Case 2, preoperative radiographs

Radiographs at 18 months

Case 3,  Preoperative radiographs

Radiographs at 24 months

In each case the centering of the humeral head in the reamed glenoid concavity can be seen.
