Bilateral ream and run 11 year followup

Today a 58 year old man came back to see us 11 years after having bilateral ream and run procedures (when he was 47).
Preoperatively he had SST scores of 1/12 on each side. His preoperative x-rays are shown below.




Today he reported that he could perform 10 of the 12 SST functions with each shoulder and that he was back to his desired physical activities without limitation.
His current films are shown below.
