Advice for rehab after ream and run

"No matter what. No matter how. STRETCH! Do it and cardio daily. Its going to hurt and going to be sore but it is short lived. Film clip of climbing in Laos taken aprox. 9 weeks post left shoulder R&R. Do the work and you will be so happy with the results."
