Can you figure this one out?

A 50 year old patient came in with right shoulder pain and a history of having lost 6 inches in height over the last several years. Here are the x-rays of the shoulder

And here is a lateral of the spine.

At the time of shoulder arthroplasty, the humeral head looked like this
