Ream and run - getting that last bit of motion

Our patients teach us a lot of what we know about the ream and run.

Here's a patient about a month and a half after her left ream and run. She lacked a bit of flexion and wanted to be able to get her arm flat on the floor.

She took some light ankle weights and placed them on her arm.
and relaxed her arm to full flexion
