Stability in total shoulder

 There is much emphasis on 'normalizing' glenoid version, but, as the case below sent to us for consultation demonstrates, 'normal' glenoid orientation does not necessarily provide glenohumeral stability.

In the AP view,  the head is high on the glenoid face, bringing up concern about the status of the cuff.

In the axillary view, the head is posteriorly disclocated, bringing up concern regarding the integrity of the posterior cuff and capsule.
