Septic (infected) shoulder followup.

I promised you a followup on a recent case. Here are the culture results ("1" indicating a positive culture)

It is of interest that there were obviously two bacteria involved and that some cultures were positive for one while others were positive for the other and a few positive for both. This demonstrates the value of multiple cultures of different tissues from different parts of the field. It is also of note that the P Acnes cultures became positive much later than the Pseudomonas cultures.
