2.5 years after ream and run: martial arts, horsemanship, weight training

Ream and Run

One of our shoulder fellows practicing in Indiana performed a ream and run procedure on a very active and motivated man, who has posted this note on the AAOS site. He has carefully prepared a video of his progressive rehab which can be seen here and has kindly given us permission to show it on this blog.

This impressive documentation again shows levels of activity that would not be considered with a standard total shoulder arthroplasty.

Congratulations to the surgeon and the patient for a sensational result!
