Current Technique for the Ream-and-Run Arthroplasty for Glenohumeral Osteoarthritis JBJS

The JBJS has just published Current Technique for the Ream-and-Run Arthroplasty for Glenohumeral Osteoarthritis which features the wonderful art of Steve Lippitt. This article includes the latest updates on the technique of the ream and run procedure.  We hope this information is helpful to surgeons and patients who are interested in staying current about this procedure, the goal of which is to enable the reamed glenoid bone to regenerate a durable joint surface and to remove the risk of glenoid component failure with high levels of activity.
