Walch B2 glenoid, ream and run, function at 9 months

Again Walch B2 glenoids in the news.
Here is the function of a man 9 months after his ream and run.

His preop axillary shows his B2 glenoid before surgery
and a post op axillary showing a stable centered shoulder at nine months after his ream and run using an eccentric humeral head.
With someone this motivated and dedicated to the active use of this shoulder, neither a plastic glenoid nor a reverse seemed appropriate to us or the patient.
