How to use this blog as a virtual journal club

One of our fellows suggested that this blog could serve as an 'on line' journal club.

Many of our posts relate to a very recent publication.

For example, see the post on this link.

The name of the article and a link to it is shown in green or red.

Clicking on the green or red link takes the reader to the abstract of the article and the information on the full reference:

So, the reader could review the abstract and the article, come to his/her conclusions and then compare them to the rest of the post which consists of our thoughts on the paper and our attempt to fit it into the fund of knowledge on which we practice shoulder surgery.

There are now 1271 different posts - lots to choose from. If the reader wants to search by topic, this box is there at the right of each page to facilitate.
