Ream and run for chondrolysis - result of enthusiastic rehabilitation

The x-rays below are of a highly motivated man in his mid 50s who developed erosive degenerative joint disease of the left shoulder following a labral repair and use of a pain pump.


He elected to proceed with a ream and run procedure. His postoperative films are shown below.

These results are extraordinary due to an extraordinary effort on the part of this highly motivated man, but they do show what is possible in the recovery from a ream and run
