At five years after surgery she had full function and the x-rays shown below
Two years later she presented with a painful, stiff, and unstable left shoulder and these x-rays
Again, she had a standard total shoulder performed without specific attempt to change glenoid version.
Three years after surgery she had full function; her radiographs were as shown below
In each case the standard glenoid components were inserted without CT planning or patient specific instrumentation.
Her post operative shoulder function is shown in this video taken 5 years after the left and 3 years after the right total shoulders.
