Ream and run at 9 years after surgery

An active man in his late 50s presented with pain and limited use of his right shoulder. His plain x-rays at the time of presentation are shown below.


 He elected a ream and run procedure. Here are his x-rays at 9 years post op, showing a stable regenerated  radiographic joint space.

His shoulder function is shown below.
