Inspirational one year followup: 58 year old woman with post-dislocation arthritis. Ream and run for selected patients or "reverse for everything"? RnR vs RFE

A 58 year old woman presents with painful stiffness of her shoulder after a dislocation 25 years ago (treated non operatively). She is physically active and has increased pain in the shoulder after using it.

Her Simple Shoulder Test results are shown below.

Her shoulder was strong, but stiff - much of the motion was scapulothoracic.

Her x-rays at the time of presentation are shown below.

After discussion of the surgical options, she elected to proceed with a ream and run procedure which was performed without preoperative CT, under general anesthesia without a nerve block, with preservation of the long head of the bieeps, with a smooth standard length stem inserted with a low filling ratio and impaction autografting

At a year after surgery she reports being able to perform all 12 Simple Shoulder Test Functions and kindly sent us these videos of her shoulder workouts.
