Ream and run ultimate rehabilitation

Some of our ream and run patients have taken their rehabilitation to what we will call 'ultimate' extents as a part of their effort to achieve full shoulder function.

It is important that the exercises shown in the video below not be started until at least 6 months after the procedure and only if the shoulder at that time is comfortable. They should also be started gently using no more than 10 pounds and progressed only as fast as comfort allows. Before starting these exercises, the patient must check with their surgeon.
