Perfectly executed forward lean table slide two weeks after a ream and run

A very active 49 year old from Oklahoma presented for a ream and run procedure with this x-ray. He could perform only 3 of the 12 functions of the simple shoulder test.

 Two weeks ago he had a ream and run procedure.

He just sent us this video of a perfectly executed forward lean exercise.

The table slide - the key to gaining motion after the ream and run

Our favorite shoulder therapist says, 'motion is lotion'. Some of our joint replacement surgeries require lots of lotion. 
One of our recent patients (a martial artist in his mid fifties) schooled us on the table slide exercise. Here he is demonstrating four weeks after his ream and run.
